Optiray is available in the following strengths in a variety of syringe and bottle formats- Optiray 240, Each millilitre of Optiray™ 240 contrast agent contains 509 mg of ioversol, 3.6 mg of tromethamine as a buffer and 0.2 mg of edetate calcium disodium as a stabilizer. Optiray™ 300- Each millilitre of Optiray™ 300 contrast agent contains 636 mg of ioversol, 3.6 mg of tromethamine as a buffer and 0.2 mg of edetate calcium disodium as a stabilizer. Optiray 320- Each millilitre of Optiray™ 320 contrast agent contains 678 mg of ioversol, 3.6 mg of tromethamine as a buffer and 0.2 mg of edetate calcium disodium as a stabilizer.
